Original Songs:
These are songs written by Chance and Folse and performed by Capital Gains.  Double click to listen to them or right click and select "Save Link As" to save as an mp3 file.  Capital Gains reserves all copyrights to the recordings and Don Chance and/or Judith Folse hold copyrights to the compositions.  However, these files may be freely distributed as long as the band's receives credit (or blame) for them.

Also, please be aware that these are not professional recordings.  They were recorded in a home practice room with a small digital recorder.  They are offered to provide original samples of the band's work.  Some more information on these songs is found on this page.

Unplugged:
Capital Gains Unplugged is our special acoustic version of the band.  Like MTV Unplugged, we're not technically unplugged but we generally use only an acoustic guitar.  These songs are for more quiet settings whereas the above songs are more for parties where people want more upbeat music.  We may from time to time do one or two of these at upbeat parties, sometimes to end a set or end the party, that is, to wind people down.  Some of these are just quieter versions of the song.  In addition, we have a few songs from the above list that we "tone down" for quiet venues.
